Shipping and Return Policy

All of our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality possible for our customers. We are currently running on a 4-8 business day production timeframe (this does not include shipping time).

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take 3-5 additional business days to deliver once shipped depending on the carrier.

Once your order is placed, it will be sent to our automated production facility. To ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible any requests to change/cancel an order is no longer available after your order is placed. Please be sure to review your order before placing it.

Need To Make A Return?

Hopefully, you love everything you have purchased, but if something doesn’t work out, please let us know!

We stand behind the quality of our products and our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement free of charge. 

To be eligible for a refund the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.

Once the return order is received, please allow us up to 3-5 business days to review your items and issue a refund. It will depend on your bank and payment method on how long it will take to reflect in your account. We have no control over how quickly your bank takes to reflect that money. You will receive an email confirmation that the eligible refund is being processed. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
