In order to avoid any delays in production, we do not typically send proofs for custom name products. However, if you would like to see a digital proof prior to printing, please leave a note at checkout. Please note this will add additional days to the production time.
PRODUCTION TIME & DELIVERY: ♥ Due to the customized nature of our products, normal production time is 4-7 Business Days. Typical delivery is within 6-14 days from the day the order is placed. Due to current postal delays, we do not guarantee delivery dates.
♥ All products are made to order, therefore RETURNS/EXCHANGES are not accepted. Please send me a message promptly with a photo of the product and packaging if your item arrives damaged or there is a printing issue.
